Please plan for two systems related down-times for this weekend (Aug 20th) and next Thursday (Aug 25th).

Saturday, August 20th –

• Duke Hub (People Soft Production), Perceptive Content/Image Now and Tableau will be unavailable during the maintenance window this Saturday.  The system will be down starting at 6:00 am and we anticipate that they will be available again by Noon.  Any unforeseen issues may extend that window. Please remind users in your office of this scheduled downtime.

Thursday, August 25th –

• People Soft Test will be unavailable during the morning on Thursday as several updates will be applied to the environment.  You can expect that TST will be up and running again around Noon but as with other updates, unanticipated issues may extend the outage window.
