DukeHub 2.0

There are some exciting changes to DukeHub that have been implemented! In December, DukeHub 2.0 was launched with a new look and feel which improves user experience and adds new features. Below are initial details you will need to know.

Why did we change?

The system behind DukeHub is Oracle’s Campus Solutions, which Duke has been using for more than 20 years. While implementing DukeHub in 2016 was a start to updating the system, DukeHub 2.0 will continue on this path to provide a more modern look and feel.

When did this happen?

DukeHub 2.0 launched December 5, 2020.

What does this mean to you?

While some users will see additional features, all DukeHub users will see changes to the navigation and the overall look and feel. Over the course of the next several weeks and months, we will be providing additional information on the features of DukeHub 2.0, and we will be reaching out to the various user groups to begin discussions necessary to ensure this transition goes smoothly.

Training

While the SISS Office no longer offers a one hour training session for Duke staff each Thursday, we have documentation and videos that should help.  We aim to have staff become aquainted with the new look and feel to DukeHub 2.0!  Please email siss-ops@duke.edu if you have any issues.
