This is a reminder that DukeHub and associated systems will be offline for part of this weekend. Starting at 5:00PM, Perceptive Content will be offline for a system upgrade.  Starting Saturday morning, DukeHub will be inaccessible to all users as our OIT team applies the monthly updates to our Production environment.

The amount of time required for the application of these patches can vary. For instance, DukeHub will be unavailable starting at 6:00AM with possible downtime extending through Sunday afternoon at 5:00PM. (It is possible that during this update, you might be able to briefly access DukeHub. We strongly discourage accessing the system during planned downtime, as data might be saved incompletely, or lost altogether.) Please plan your time accordingly.

Systems impacted include –

• Perceptive Content – Offline starting at 5:00pm Friday, until patches are completed.
• DukeHub – Offline starting at 6:00AM until patches are completed.
• Tableau – Offline starting at 6:00AM.
• Slate – Slate will not be impacted.

Once the update has been completed, and all systems have been verified as online and accessible, the SISS Office will send an email to our Power-User and Tester group.

**NOTE** - - Once the Perceptive Content upgrade is complete, users will need to update their client software to the latest version available at: https://sissoffice.duke.edu/software-we-support/imagenow-client-installations
