The Student Information Services and Systems (SISS) Office assists the university central administrative and school offices to provide more efficient services to our students, faculty and staff.

DukeHub DukeHub is the central location for any user of the Duke Student Information Systems - Students, Faculty, Advisors, and Staff

Perceptive Content (ImageNow)

Perceptive Content (ImageNow) is a document imaging, management and workflow application providing the ability to reduce the cost of paper processes, enhance service and boost staff productivity. Able to stand-alone or to easily integrate with existing applications such as PeopleSoft. ImageNow captures all types of documents - paper forms, faxes, emails and more into ImageNow's repository for easy access by users. Security allows for different users to have various levels of access to individual documents and notes. Workflow can then be used to improve or reengineer the day-to-day business by automating current manual paper intensive processes.

ChooseDuke

ChooseDuke is our on-line application module and prospect management system. This system is used by some admissions offices across campus to communicate with prospective students and serves as the supported on-line admissions application system.

ApplyYourself

ApplyYourself gives Duke the tools to provide prospects with an effective and efficient on-line application process for enrollment.

Resource25

R25 ia a room scheduling application that allows classes and special events to be scheduled and rooms or spaces assigned. The Administrative & Community Support Service Office recently implemented 25LIVE, a new web-based scheduling and event publishing product developed by CollegeNET. The software provides one centralized scheduling system and data repository for events held at Duke, yet allows individual scheduling units to maintain their policies and practices.

DSV

The Department Schedule Validator application allows departmental staff to submit their course schedules with selected criteria for approval by the university's classroom scheduler.
